MyTime is a peer support group for parents, grandparents and carers of young children with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition.
Watch parents talk about the benefits of MyTime for their children.
The group offers parents a chance to meet others in similar circumstances, share experiences, find out about community support, and get extra parenting information.
Parents also get the chance to make time for themselves while their child plays with the support of a play helper.
The Infants’ Home can provide childcare and a light meal, as well as a cot or a bed if children need a sleep. Siblings are also welcome to attend.
MyTime is funded by the Australian Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA).
MyTime is held fortnightly between 11.30 am and 2.30pm on our site at 17 Henry Street, Ashfield.
