Today, The Infants’ Home Child & Family Services no longer provides any residential programs. We have a wide range of caring and educational services for children from birth – school age and their families.

The Infants’ Home continues to build on its strong tradition of working with and for children and is today one of Australia’s leading providers of early childhood education. Additional services have been successfully integrated into the programs bringing together all children regardless of advantage into a truly inclusive service.

Funding for the organisation comes from the Australian Government, the State Government and fees for services from families. However, these funds do not adequately cover the costs and so The Home could not operate to the extent it does without the ongoing generosity of its many volunteers, donors and corporate supporters.

In its year history, The Home has saved lives and it has positively changed the lives of thousands and thousands of children and their families who have come through its doors.

As we create the next chapter of The Infants’ Home the same commitment to assist each child to have every opportunity directs its work in helping young children and their families build a more positive future.
