Staff

TIHC&FS prides itself on its professional development program encouraging all staff to be active learners seeking to continually improve programs for children and families.

TIHC&FS staff reflects the diversity of our community. We employ over 65 permanent staff, 30 casuals and have 30 self employed carers through Family Day Care. The professional development of staff remains a vital strategy in the delivery of high quality services. Staff members participate in onsite training, including an annual training program that ensures essential knowledge in child protection and safety areas are regularly updated. A staff peer review program across the children’s services continues to strengthen and support our quality staff team.
