Corporate Volunteering Co-ordinator – 12 month full-time contract

The Infants’ Home has a strong relationship with many corporate groups who volunteer their time to help us maintain a unique work environment set on four acres in Ashfield.

These volunteers are an essential component in assisting with the support and maintenance of The Infants’ Home. 

The Corporate Volunteering Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and cultivating the corporate volunteer network to build volunteer capacity for our organisation and to support the maintenance of our site. 

Responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate the corporate volunteer calendar with key corporate partners
• Organise and manage volunteer days by providing training and supervision
• Build strong relationships and respond to corporate volunteer enquiries
• Maintenance activities to support the operation, including undertaking minor maintenance and overseeing contractors

This position would suit someone who has: 

• Strong communication skills
• Gardening/handyman skills
• C-class licence
