The teaching and administrative staff at The Infants’ Home reflects the rich cultural diversity of Australia today.

We employ over 65 permanent staff, 30 casuals, and have 30 self-employed carers in our family day care program.

Combined, staff at The Infants’ Home speak 18 languages.  

We pride ourselves on our professional development program, which encourages everyone to pursue lifelong learning. This is how The Infants’ Home will continue to improve our care, education and support for children and families, especially those facing hardship.
